Love the blog

Jennifer, thanks for setting this up. I have created my own blog so perhaps that will be the inroute to blogging. I have yet to be able to respond to a blog so if this doesn't work, I need intense instruction.
I have yet to get back on the wagon but I am eating less. Since being on WW for the few months prior to Christmas I found I was just not as hungry as I used to be. To be honesty, I didn't always eat from hunger but just to eat. I enjoy food and like to eat. I do know just with the 21 pounds I lost that losing weight and being able to fit into a smaller size feels so much better than eating. Our WW leader says, "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels".
WW has great meals and snacks. It is easy to pop one in your mouth and know that you have not blown your efforts. I get lots of coupons at WW meetings so I will be glad to share.
I am setting my goal of 15 pounds by the reunion. I have been slow to lose, but that is okay with me as long as it keeps coming off. Yeah Amy and Jorge for kicking off the new year right. As we talked coming back from Micah and Jennifer's several weeks ago, both of you know the nutrition side of this and we all know that for our own health and well-being, we need to get trim. Yeah Andrea for having fun while exercising. Good luck to all.
I pray for the Lord to help me with my discipline in eating only until satisfied and I will begin to pray for each of you the same. Skinny is not in our family name, but fat can be eliminated from that name as well. Have a great day. Pam, Nana
